From traditional classics to more innovative delicacies, Man Ho offers it all. This place gets busy so the restaurant recommends making a reservation in advance.
Thai Basil of course has Thai food, but more specifically the food of Northern Thailand; in this region, the food is spicy and infused with all sorts of Thai herbs. Northern Thai dishes are designed to stimulate the palate by accentuating spicy and sour flavors. If you have never had food from this region, might as well try it in Hong Kong, because Thai Basil is the best. The menu is diverse and exciting but the chef recommends three favorite dishes for all visitors to try: wok fried Thai spicy crab, char-grilled king tiger prawn curry, and finishing off the meal with sticky banana pudding. If you are looking for a food adventure, Thai Basil is a great place to start. The restaurant is in the same plaza as the hotel and is very accessible.
